First he did bequeath his body and Soul in to the hands of Almighty God and his body to Christian Burial
Item he did give unto his Sister Grace Horkey Twenty shillings
Item he did give unto Peter Horkey his Sisters Son the Sum of Twenty shillings
Item he did give unto Thomas Bassett his Brothers Son the Sum of five shillings
Item he did give and reserve to his daughter Ann out from his cows one cow called by the name of faroe
Item he gave unto John Basset his Brothers son all his Best Suit of wearing apparel
For all the rest of his goods movable and unmoveable he did give unto his wife and children to be executors and executrixes a like and to equal shares one so far forth as another and did desire his father-in-law Thomas Vanson of St Dennis to be the overseer of the whole to the use of his children being then present when he did declare this last will which he did declare this his last will which he did desire to hand and formed to the use of his wife and children according as it is here expressed
