16. King Sancho III d'IVREA of Castile [123214] (Queen Consort Berenguela d'BARCELONA of Castile and Leon¹², Comtesse Douce I de GAVAUDAN de Provence⁶, Gilbert I de Millau et Gévaudan (Vicomte)³, Berenger de Millau et Gavaudan (Comte)², Richard II de Millau et Gavaudan (Viscomte)¹) was born in 1134 and died on 31 Aug 1158 in Toledo Castile la Mancha Spain at age 24.

Sancho III (c. 1134 \endash 31 August 1158), called the Desired (el Deseado),[a] was King of Castile and Toledo for one year, from 1157 to 1158. He was the son of Alfonso VII of León and Castile and his wife Berengaria of Barcelona, and was succeeded by his son Alfonso VIII. His nickname was due to his position as the first child of his parents, born after eight years of childless marriage.

During his reign, the Order of Calatrava was founded. It was also in his reign that the Treaty of Sahagún in May 1158 was decided.

Sancho married Queen Consort Blanca JIMINEZ of Castile [123215]. Blanca was born about 1137 and died on 12 Aug 1156 aged about 19.

19. Queen Consort Constance d'IVREA of France [123223] (Queen Consort Berenguela d'BARCELONA of Castile and Leon¹², Comtesse Douce I de GAVAUDAN de Provence⁶, Gilbert I de Millau et Gévaudan (Vicomte)³, Berenger de Millau et Gavaudan (Comte)², Richard II de Millau et Gavaudan (Viscomte)¹) was born about 1138 and died on 6 Oct 1160 in Paris Isle-de-France France aged about 22.

Constance married King Louis VII CAPET of France [81992]. Louis was born in 1120, died on 18 Sep 1180 at age 60, and was buried in Seine-et-Marne Île-de-France France.

Children from this marriage were:

   24    i. Queen Consort Marguerite CAPET of Hungary [123224] was born in 1158 and died about 10 Sep 1197 in Tyre Lebanon aged about 39.

   25    ii. Comtesse Alix CAPET de Vexin [123225] was born on 4 Oct 1160 and died about 1213 aged about 53. Another name for Alix was Adelaide CAPET.
