In the name of God Amen, I Hugh Gaskin of Aston upon Trent in the County of Derbyshire being sick and weak but of perfect memory Blessed be God for it do here make my Last Will and Testament as ffirst I give my soul to Almighty God that gave it me and my Body to the Earth to be Decently Buried by my Executor. And as for the Worldly Goods that God hath been pleased to Bless me with I give as followeth Item I give unto my Daughter Sarah Hudson one shilling to paid (sic) at my Death Item as for the rest of my Goods and Chattles I give my son Robert Gaskin he giving out of them one Cow five sheep and the fetching of a load of Coals once a year and plowing of his land to my son John Gaskin leaving my son Robert Gaskin Executor of this my last will and hereunto have I set my Hand and Seal the 14 of Nov: in the Year of our Lord God 1746 Signed and Sealed in ye presents of Elizabeth Gee His Hugh Gaskin Geo Gilbert Mark
