31. David ROUTLEDGE [8199] (John⁴, Richard³, David², Richard¹) was born about 1885 in Parton Cumberland England and died about 1959 in Wokington Cumberland England about age 74.

General Notes: David was a Foreman at the local Steel Works. For some reason he was baptised a Catholic, whilst the rest of the family were Church of England, a fact which noone seems to have any explanation for.
David lived at one time at Pica, near Whitehaven.
Auntie Ethel, David's daughter, said that her father died about 1959, aged 75.

David married Mary Ann DANSON [8262] [MRIN: 4040]. Mary was born in 1894 in Wokington Cumberland England and died in 1976 in Wokington Cumberland England at age 82.
