General Notes: In a File received from Jenni Webber in January 2011, she stated:
Walter's Ashes were initially interred in the memorial garden at St Barnabas Church of England, Punchbowl, New South Wales.
When the church was sold to another religious denomination, the ashes were exhumed and subsequently distributed in the memorial garden at the Uniting Church, Robina, Queensland, with those of his wife, Helena Jane.
