The Family of Pieter Walichs, 1478-1508,
from Winkel in the north of Holland.

The Walichs Family of Holland migrated to the Dutch Colony in New Amsterdam [later New York]. There and in subsequent Iterations through British Colonization and the creation of the United States of America, they thrived ans spread across the USA and Canada. All Information on the Walichs/Van Winckle Family came from Cynthia Greer Velez from Ontario in Canada.
