34. Lord Robert d'UMFREVILLE Baron of Prudhoe & Earl of Angus [120367] (Lady Elizabetha COMYN⁶, Elizabeth de QUINCY⁵, Roger of Winchester (Earl [2nd])⁴, Sahir III of Winchester (Earl [1st])³, Robert Justiciar of Lothian (Sir)², Saer I¹) was born in 1277 and died on 2 Apr 1325 at age 48.

General Notes: In a Document received from Marigold [Roberts] Potter in March 2021, she stated that,
In 1307 he inherited title of Lord Umfreville and 2^nd Earl of Angus.
Lord Robert fought for Edward II against the Scots and the barons in 1314. Was taken prisoner at Bannockburn and deprived of his Scottish title and estates.

Noted events in his life were:

• Appointment: Keeper of Scotland, 1308.

Robert married Lucy de KYME [120368], daughter of Philip de KYME [120369].

Elizabeth married Sir Gilbert BURDON of Baradon [120374].

Robert next married Alainor [120370]. Alainor died on 31 Mar 1368. Another name for Alainor was Eleanor.

   40 M    i. Robert d'UMFREVILLE [120373] died before Oct 1379.

+ 41 M    ii. Thomas d'UMFREVILLE of Harbottle Castle [120363] died in 1386.

Thomas married Joan RODDAM [120364].

35. John de FERRERS [81906] (Robert de FERRERS⁶, Countess Margaret de QUINCY of Derby⁵, Roger of Winchester (Earl [2nd])⁴, Sahir III of Winchester (Earl [1st])³, Robert Justiciar of Lothian (Sir)², Saer I¹) was born in 1271 and died in 1308 at age 37.

John married Hawise MUSCREGOS [81896], daughter of Robert de MUSCREGOS [81897] and Agnes de FERRERS [81898]. Hawise was born in 1276 and died in 1375 at age 99.

The child from this marriage was:

+ 42 F    i. Eleanor de FERRERS [81895] was born in 1305 and died in 1399 at age 94.

Eleanor married Sir Thomas de LATHAM II of Lathom [81894]. (d. 1370)

36. Hawise MUSCREGOS [81896] (Agnes de FERRERS⁶, Countess Margaret de QUINCY of Derby⁵, Roger of Winchester (Earl [2nd])⁴, Sahir III of Winchester (Earl [1st])³, Robert Justiciar of Lothian (Sir)², Saer I¹) was born in 1276 and died in 1375 at age 99.

Hawise married John de FERRERS [81906], son of Robert de FERRERS [81907] and Alianore de BOHUN [81908]. John was born in 1271 and died in 1308 at age 37.

37. Alice de WARENNE [81940] (Joan de VERE⁶, Robert de VERE Earl of Oxford⁵, Countess Hawise de QUINCY⁴, Sahir III of Winchester (Earl [1st])³, Robert Justiciar of Lothian (Sir)², Saer I¹) was born in 1287 and died in 1338 at age 51.

Alice married Edmund I FITZALAN [81939], son of Richard I FITZALAN [81941] and Alisona de SALUZZA [81942]. Edmund was born in 1273 and died in 1326 at age 53.

The child from this marriage was:

+ 43 M    i. Richard FITZALAN II, 3rd Earl of Arundel [81789] was born in 1307 and died in 1375 at age 68.

Richard married Eleanor PLANTAGANET [81788]. (b. 1311, d. 1371)
