General Notes: Grave No. G682, Lutwyche Cemetery, Brisbane, QLD. .. Not much known at present. He was Proprietor of Howard Printing Works, in Graham Street, South Brisbane, from 1919 until about the mid-1930's. He was "inclined to drink"; and consequently the business was allowed to run-down. This was accelerated by the irresposibility (and possible dis-honesty) of his sons Stanley & Ernest. Alcohol undoubtedly contributed to his Senility, which saw him committed to the State Mental Institution at Goodna, near Ipswich. He was a member of the Druids (Lodge).
